Cancellation & Re-booking Policy:
Seda Hotels (excluding Seda Lio):
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, or no-shows, will incur a penalty equivalent to one (1) night’s room charge.
• Booking modifications are allowed provided the new dates fall within the promo stay period.
Seda Lio:
• Cancellations or modifications made up to 22 days before arrival: Free of charge
• Cancellations made 8–21 days before check-in: One (1) night charge
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in: Full stay charge
