In view of the latest developments pertaining to Covid-19, we would like to assure the public that the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues is our priority and as such, have intensified general and preemptive prevention measures based on government directives as well as operational necessities.

These include temporary closure of facilities for group assemblies; prohibited entry of non-hotel guests; ultraviolet air sterilization in the lobby; disinfection of incoming guest luggage and vehicles; daily thermal checks for guests and employees; boxed meals for consumption in individual guestrooms; restricted number of passengers in the elevators; use of protective essentials by hotel personnel; stringent adherence to food hygiene practices; and comprehensive environmental sanitation and disinfecting procedures of high-risk surfaces and touchpoints.

In addition, we have ceased to accept new bookings in compliance with guidelines set by the Department of Tourism. We have also closed Seda Centrio, Cagayan de Oro and Seda Lio, El Nido temporarily.

We remain vigilant and continue to monitor the situation and developments to ensure swift action as appropriate.

In the meantime, we urge everyone to strictly observe government and community guidelines and personal hygiene practices to help prevent the unabated spread of Covid-19.
